Flow cytometric analysis of Anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells staining with 100 μL of 20 μg/mL Human CD19 (20-291) Protein, Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat. No. CD9-H5259) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed with PE-Labeled Mouse-Anti-Human-IgG Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (6F11C8) (Cat. No. IGG-PFY69) at 1:50 dilution (2 μL of the antibody stock solution corresponds to labeling of 1e6 cells in a final volume of 100 µL) and analyzed with FACS.
